Southern Morocco is the land of ancient caravans, where the desert valleys of Draa and Ziz still pulse with the history of old trade routes. You wander between ancient ksars, green oases and mountains that have guided Berber tribes for centuries. It’s a journey where the scent of souks, the play of light through palm trees and the silence of the desert intertwine into a story still alive in the landscape.

Meals during the tour include carefully selected dishes prepared from fresh, local ingredients. Each day, participants can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner that combine traditional regional flavors with light, balanced cuisine. Discover the places where you’ll unwind after a day full of adventure — from wild desert camps to luxurious stays under the stars.

Yes, as long as the itinerary is planned properly. Summer in Morocco can be hot, but southern regions—such as the Draa or Ziz Valley—are perfect for exploring in the morning and late afternoon. The program includes air-conditioned rooms, comfortable transfers and nature-based accommodations. Sightseeing in major cities like Marrakech is scheduled earlier in the day.
Yes. This route is perfect for a first trip to Morocco. You travel by jeep with an experienced English-speaking guide. The itinerary leads through the most beautiful and beginner-friendly places in southern Morocco: Ait Ben Haddou, the Todra Gorge, Merzouga, Ouarzazate and Essaouira.
The route normally takes an entire day, as it leads through the High Atlas, ksars and oases. In our itinerary, however, we divide it into two stages to make the journey more comfortable. The first part ends with an overnight stay in Tinghir. From there, it’s less than a 3-hour drive to Merzouga. Thanks to this, you can calmly explore the Todra Gorge and reach the Sahara without rushing.
The most important things are: lightweight clothing, a hat, sunglasses, SPF 50 sunscreen, a reusable water bottle and a light scarf. Hotels and jeeps are air-conditioned. Evenings in Essaouira can be cooler, so a sweatshirt is useful.
The price includes accommodation, breakfasts, dinners, jeep transportation and the support of a guide. Additional costs include meals during transfers between cities, drinks outside of meals, shopping, tips and any optional activities chosen individually (e.g., surfing or spa).
